Why Crappy Sex Won’t Help You Awaken

The crowning power of humanity lies in the power of sex.

Sexual expression allows for exploration into both the physical reality, and the spiritual one.  Its expressions are as varied as humans themselves, since each individual views sex through a different set of beliefs.

Sex, as it was designed, is a powerful process in which your energy, on multiple levels, merges with the energy of another, on multiple levels.  So beyond grinding and moaning, you are merging with your partner on the non-physical levels too; energetically “hooking” in a cosmic dance that you may or may not know is happening.

And what you believe about sex, whether you support putting Scarlet Letters on the Jezebels, or you fantasize about being suspended by leather straps–it will affect your awakening path like nearly no other theme in human existence.

After you’re finished rolling around in the sheets? You’re still connected.  Even if you never see that partner again, you still carry their hooks. So how do couples “hook” up, energetically speaking?

People choose sex partners for multiple reasons.

All of us want love; it’s the reason we’re here. Yet most aren’t adept at expressing it at this time.  Some want sex for release, some for reassurance, others for ego. And still fewer use sex to strengthen a loving, bonded relationship.

When you have sexual relations with a person, the energy generated between you raises the kundalini–or life force– from the Earth, through the base chakra, and to the sacral chakra.  The sacral chakra, located just below your navel, embodies the portion of your energetic signature related to sexual endeavors, lovability, and power within relationships.

Yet the kundalini energy need not stop at the sacral chakra.  You can bring it up higher, and higher, with you and your partner’s intent to do so.  Now many couples, especially new ones, can easily bring that energy up at least to the heart chakra, for they are in love! We all know how excitement reigns when we meet a similar energy field to our own; the relationship seems effortless. You can barely keep your hands off of each other.

But with crappy, lazy or meaningless sex, as well as any type of exploitative sex, the energy stops there.  Those that view others as a means to an end in the bedroom, will engender beliefs that cease the energy flow any higher than the sacral chakra.  There is a reason!  Until any beliefs centered around the imbalance of power have been reviewed and updated, this pattern will continue and more low-frequency relationships such as this will occur.

But what if you were really looking for that rare, loving and bonded relationship? And you just needed a little release while on your journey?

Ask yourself why you are choosing partners who do not appear to offer what you’re looking for, and why you slept with them anyway.

Starting with that question could open up a coal mine of blocked energy for you to release. Your kundalini level will remain at the sacral chakra until you do.

Want to be on the fast track for healing that stuff?

You can bring up the kundalini on your own. You don’t need a partner.

OK, now that your mind has flashed past a bed strewn with vibrators and chrome bullets, let’s talk about other ways besides that one.  (And even that one has a catch.)

Consider dormancy, which is the conscious choice to abstain from sex with any partner that doesn’t match your desired partner’s frequency.  Meaning, you don’t have sex until you feel love.

During dormancy, you choose to take that sexual energy that arises normally for healthy humans, and channel it elsewhere.  The options for channeling this energy are as wide and varied as magic rabbits at Adam & Eve.

You could create art, music, or play a sport.  You could grow a garden.  Write poems.  Volunteer.  Feed someone.  Take horseback riding lessons. Learn to tone.

This sexual energy rumbling within you can be put to better use than a one night stand.  It’s the most powerful form of energy you have, which is why so many aim to profit from it. Applied elsewhere—outward into the world through non-sexual activities—you can enhance the lives of many people far outside the scope of your bedroom.

Dormancy doesn’t require you to take an eternal vow of celibacy.  In actuality it’s the opposite.  Consider it the most focused of training in order to raise your frequency to the point that you attract exactly the lover you desire.

You’ll be on a self-study course to raise your own kundalini without the help of a partner.  This was the original intention of celibacy in the first place, but as we can all see, it doesn’t fit into our modern society so well under the original terms of allowing no outlet whatsoever.

But dormancy, now that’s just a temporary hiatus from sexual relations. If someone came along that matched frequencies and got the heart racing, the engines–now finely tuned and more oiled than ever before–will fire right back up and….

…..until then, you practice recirculating that energy within you, and back out, to the world in your own special non-sexual way.

Here’s the catch! Curb the running to the bright pink rabbit every time you’re stressed out and you need a release.

Each time you climax without the intent of sharing with a cherished other, you limit your kundalini to the first two chakras; plus, you have just sent more lower energy back out into the world.  The aim is to break that cycle, so intend to recycle the energy in an alternate manner.

As you practice recirculating the energy in other ways, your kundalini can continue its ascent.  To the solar plexus, and the heart, and the throat, the third eye, and up out of the crown.  You can raise it even higher, to the five additional chakras outside of the body; and as one raises the energy to those levels, even more experience will follow for you as these centers are activated, and communications are established with other realms you didn’t even know existed.

This increased frequency puts you in the realm of others of similar vibration.

People looking for the same thing you are; but this time, it includes trust, and love and respect. You will no longer want someone who would settle for crappy sex. You will have been brought together for the right energetic reasons, and now your relationship has a chance.

This attraction will be the culmination of all the work you did during your dormant period, when you were leveling yourself out and generating self love. Work that is much easier done without a partner to divert your attention from self-improvement.  As you repurpose your sexual energy, you will naturally heal any imbalances you had about personal power within relationships, and your feelings about love for yourself, and ultimately others.

Imagine what sex would be like with someone who’s also spent the time and self-love to review their beliefs about intimacy, and having come to healthy terms with these beliefs, has consciously raised their kundalini up and outside to other realms.  Someone who experienced their own state of dormancy, out of respect for themselves; in order to master the most powerful energy available to humanity. Imagine the release that occurs when two people merge at their highest levels, open to explore the realms that are hidden from most.

I don’t know about you, but to me it seems worth the wait.

Love to you, in whatever form you choose.

Decriminalization of Hallucinogenic Plants: Mainstreaming Alternate Realities

Yesterday Oakland was the second city, following Denver, to decriminalize the use and ownership of psychoactive plants, specifically psilocybin-infused mushrooms.

Last week I published a video about the use of mind altering substances during your awakening process.  If you haven’t seen it yet, in it I stress that you will be taking full responsibility for yourself and your actions while in an altered state; and no judgments are issued by me, based on your choice to use or not use them.

The emphasis on this new development is really on how our collective’s opinion on what is reality? is changing.  For those who tend to focus negatively on Earth’s doomed fate, developments such as these are great indications that we are headed in a positive direction.

The decision makers for both cities allowed the public to voice its opinion, and it shared experiences of physical, mental and spiritual healing as a result of the use of mind-altering substances.  Denver was the flagship city for decriminalization, which puts the ownership and use of hallucinogenic mushrooms at the bottom of the list of crimes And for Oakland, at least, the decision to decriminalize mushrooms was unanimous.

On an esoteric level, it’s a huge boost forward, because the Collective (that’s the combined frequency of everyone on Earth) is now widening its vision about reality, conceding that altered states don’t necessarily mean you are “crazy,” or that you are taking them to escape your current reality.  Rather, there are other realities out there to explore, should you release the doubt long enough to venture over there. Lots of ways to do that; plants are merely one way.

It’s always up to you.  Perhaps it’s a way to help you feel safer diving inward, deep into the part of you that is working behind the scenes to create the life you desire.  This inner focus brings energetic blocks to the surface for you to face head on; helps you review your beliefs about situations; and suggests more positive outcomes than the one you were previously focusing upon.

Revision of your beliefs will result in the clearing of your path, as old energy is removed and replaced with more positive beliefs about your inner power.  If you are interested in finding those old energy blocks, view the Energetic Crosshatching video for one process that may help you. It works with, or without altering your mind.

Love to you.

how to not expect the worst
Awakening Rants, Featured, Life on Earth,

How to Stop Expecting The Worst

A new situation has just arisen for you, and you are worried about the outcome.  Do you immediately assume that the worst will happen?

If so, you are not alone. In our modern Western society, survival fears run rampant. It would be a normal response to fear an unknown outcome since you are programmed—through advertisements, news and entertainment—that your very life might end if you are not vigilant of all inherent dangers.

But if you look back in your life, I can say with 100% accuracy, that there was a time that you expected the worst to happen, and it didn’t.  In fact, it’s likely that something unexpectedly awesome happened instead.

Let’s do a quick test of your beliefs about this concept:

Think about a time when you worried about something that never happened.

When you expected the worst. When you stayed up at night in an anxious fit because you weren’t sure if you would make it through.  When you truly worried if you would be out on the street living in a cardboard box under a bridge.

Now we’ll divide that scenario into two parts:  What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.

Bring yourself to the beginning of the situation, when everything was up in the air and things were chaotic.

What does that feel like to you? Pay attention to your senses and feel that scenario once again.

If you are new to recognizing your feelings, here are some examples:

  • Your mind gets very sharp, as if on alert. (Fear)
  • You hold your breath. (Ready to run)
  • Involuntary shaking (Dread)

Chances are, your body cramped up, your breath was choppy, and you felt like you wanted to bolt. These are indications of the beliefs you held about how things work out for you. While you were contemplating the outcome of your situation, your beliefs directed your reactions.

That feeling indicates your belief at the time you registered that memory.

Now let’s look at the other part:

The worst didn’t happen.

Now what does that feel like to you?

If you are new to recognizing your feelings, here are some examples:

  • Your muscles relax. (Relief)
  • Your gut feels like it’s been washed over with warm water.  (Calmness)
  • You take a deep breath. (Alignment with your Source)

If your feelings changed between “expecting the worst” and “the worst didn’t happen,” then that situation arose to give you the opportunity to change your beliefs.

Now whether or not you chose the new belief at that time and place, only you know.  If you didn’t, then you are not alone.

You can use that past scenario to change your beliefs NOW.

Next time a situation arises in which you automatically jump to expecting the worst, reach for the feeling you felt last time when the worst didn’t happen.

Grab for that better feeling, and then move your mind along on its way to a fun subject.  Each time you perform this switch, you solidify the new belief and decommission the old one.

Hopefully, you recognize that you have all of the building blocks for a positive life, right there for use.  It’s merely a matter of choosing a building block that supports your desires, rather than those that no longer support you.

Love to you.

Experiencing Negative Events? You Are On a Treasure Hunt For Power

When unwanted things happen, we tend to blame the people or circumstances around us as the cause.

When I hear others detailing the negative experiences that are occurring for them, I might remind them of the fact that they are creating their own reality.

Now depending on how much internal exploration they’ve done about their beliefs, I could receive responses that range from “you’re crazy, why would I create that for myself?” to “it’s someone else’s fault that I’m in this position.”

I am going to tell you again.  And I am merely one of a multitude of resources telling you the same thing:

You are creating your entire reality.  All of it.  Positive and negative alike.

You will continue to have “negative” experiences until you realize that you are creating every single experience in your reality with the thoughts that you send out.

This is something worth repeating.  And it’s not because you are dense, or a slow learner, or stubborn.  It’s because you have inserted yourself into a reality in which we have all agreed to play under certain terms.  Those terms include a mass dream in which you forget that you are the creator.  We navigate our way through the system, blaming others and wishing for things that we don’t have, because we believe that the power is out there.  That we must do something, or be someone, or win someone’s favor to get what we want.

This belief that others have more power than you has been hammered into you since birth.  This was intentional, because if you are reading this right now, you wanted to engage in the treasure hunt for your personal power.  You wanted to forget who you are, and to gradually gain remembrance of your creative powers as you navigate through life.

So if your thoughts start on a negative trajectory, building momentum from one negative thought to another, state the fact to yourself that you remember.  You remember that you are creating it all.

This concept will bloom like a flower in your awareness the more you insert it there. And those situations in which you could blame another for something happening to you?  You’ll recognize that you brought the situation to form, in order to explore a belief that may need housecleaning.

With each belief that’s reviewed, you make the flip from blaming the external for your situation, to acceptance that you created it in the first place.  This allows you to shift your focus to creating things you would prefer.

And as you reclaim your power as the creator, your horizon widens to encourage your imagination to dream bigger.

You are creating it all.  So make it good.

why some people can see a UFO and others cant
Featured, Life on Earth, The Esoteric,

Why Some In A Group Can See A UFO And Others Can’t

UFO sightings among multiple people in the same location at the same time are common.  Yet some are able to see a craft in the sky, while others standing right next to them see nothing.

Seeing a UFO, however you define that term, is a life-changing experience.  Whether or not the actual presence can later be explained in physical terms or not, this occurrence will trigger a line of questioning in the observer that is unique and far-reaching with respect to defining one’s own personal reality.

Your Inner Self is posing the question, “What do you believe?”

And your human self will have the opportunity to draw upon “past” memories, situations and belief systems to come up with an explanation for the occurrence.

If such sightings occur in order to unlock a line of thinking inside an individual, why would some people NOT see a craft in the sky, if standing in the same area, looking at the same piece of sky?

There are two answers to this.

The esoteric answer:

People have very solid beliefs about what CAN, and CAN’T exist, according to their current system of reality.  If there exists the belief that everything has a physical explanation, then this individual will be challenged with reviewing their system of reality regarding “truth.”  Since others see the occurrence, he must then wonder if there is something amiss with himself.  These rumblings occur under the surface for the most part, mind you. They open up a little crack, which, upon further internal reflection, will turn into a river of questioning at a later time.

That’s why those who focus on expanding their consciousness are better able to see a UFO; they have suspended limiting beliefs about what can and cannot occur.

The answer based on the physics of consciousness:

The level of perception of the observer will determine what appears as physical.  As an individual expands his consciousness through active contemplation of current beliefs, he raises his frequency; and objects that were once above his range of vision are now within it.

As the individual’s level of perception increases, he attracts more high frequency people, situations, and objects to match it. Lower-vibration solid forms greater than two dimensions beneath the individual’s current level of focus will then drop off of the visible spectrum, and he will no longer see them.

In either case, whether an individual can or cannot see a craft in the sky, they act as a trigger for contemplation.

Remember your Higher Self’s gentle question:

“What do you believe?”

what the mirror reflects back at us
Awakening Rants, Featured, Life on Earth,

The Mirror’s True Function

So you’re creating your reality, amidst this giant game board set up with nearly every option you can imagine, if you can figure out how to get yourself from here to there.  Life is truly all about how far you can see.

Once that gaze shifts inward more often than outward, your perspective of what your eyes see changes dramatically as well.

For instance, the “things” that exist around you—those objects situated in your room, serve their function in multiple ways.  Let’s imagine a lamp. Besides the utility-related function of a lamp, this object is also available to contribute to your metaphor of, say, “the giver of light.”  Perhaps, in addition, the lamp, bulky and jutting out into the room, serves as a nuisance in a small space. So the lamp serves as a multi-function tool, perfectly placed in your environment, for exactly when you need it.

You also  get to choose on how many levels that object represents itself; from utilitarian, to metaphorical, to cluttered junk.  And your subconscious is making its own judgments on that lamp too.  It could remind you, lurking in the back of your mind, of your creepy uncle who always tried to get you alone in a dark room.

You are so powerful, that you can attribute a meaning to something you see NOW, with an event from your PAST…and that new conclusion can drastically alter your life for evermore.

These objects were not just placed here randomly.  Each object, or “prop” as I like to call them in game-master fashion, plays a multidimensional role in your life story.

And one object that is in nearly every human’s possession in some way, shape or form, is the mirror.

Our friend on occasion, our foe more often than not, this prop follows us through every chapter of our life.

It starts by hanging right over us as infants, to bat around with yet-untrained mechanically-disfunctional hands, and the infant learns that his funny faces are shown right back at him.  A part of him, still fresh from the non-physical realm of freedom, recognizes this reminder that the Law of Attraction still applies here, on this very densely constructed game board we call Earth.

As we age, the mirror adopts other roles, such as providing a pimply teenager with the opportunity to survey the damaging eruptions that separate him from the identity-bewildered teenagers that comprise his peers.  He rarely makes funny faces in the mirror anymore, because he correlates the reflection he sees with his identity, with his worthiness to society, and with his chances of succeeding in life.

Of course, I need not elaborate on how the mirror contributes to supporting the solidification of belief systems regarding the loss of beauty in any number of ways, whether that be by aging, an injury, or even lack of sleep.  The mirror is always there to provide you with the chance to address your beliefs about these themes, whenever you are ready.

So the polished glass we gaze into, presumably checking for errant spinach in the teeth, represents much more than an image reflecting a carbon-based organism standing next to it.

Once these themes are addressed, we begin to use the mirror for other purposes.

It is utilized to look inside our own eyes, and assess our ability to face ourselves—up close, and magnified at times—regarding lingering matters that could benefit from the healing.   As each topic is attended to, the reflection in the mirror will gradually represent something new to our expanding sense of Self.

There will be more love and acceptance, and less concern about what we physically reflect to the world, since we know that the true source of the reflection transcends mere skin and bones…and is demonstrated through our deeds, actions and words expressed along the way.

So your mirror truly is your best friend, always with you, or at least nearby in any environment you may find yourself in on the game board.  Your eyes are the soul’s physical vessel, and every time you view yourself, you have the opportunity to look much deeper than the mere image reflecting back at you. You can modify that reflection, simply by looking into your own eyes and loving what you see there.

happening now: itchy underarms
Awakening Rants, Awakening Signs, Life on Earth,

Happening Now: Underarm Madness

It’s the pits, for sure. Yet your underarms are great indicators that your body wants some change.

It started with one person reporting this to me, and then another, and another.  But until I felt it myself, I couldn’t attribute this physical symptom to the awakening process.

One day, you may wake up and whatever you put on your armpits seems to burn and itch as if you rubbed hydrochloric acid under there.  Of course, you didn’t, but it can sure feel like that when you aren’t used to experiencing anything odd during your morning routine.

For me, it was an overnight thing:  one day, everything was fine. Then the next day, I used my regular natural deodorant, and it felt very different. Besides the irritation that made me feel like a puppy annoyed by an itch he can barely reach, my underarms felt angry! Irritated, annoyed, stomping their figurative feet on the ground as if to say, “No more of this.”

Before I let you know the answer I received when I asked the Universe for the reasoning behind this newest unwelcome symptom, I want to recommend that you do your own research regarding aluminum in your anti-perspirant.  If you are still using an anti-perspirant at all (which requires aluminum to stop you from sweating), then you may want to reconsider that.  There are many scientific, as well as metaphysical, resources on what aluminum does to the body.  Please look into these and adopt the practice that resonates with you.

I have not used anti-perspirant for nearly a decade, so the symptoms described above apply to even those pits who are not being infused with aluminum daily.

OK, so why?  WHY?  Why can’t just one part of the body not be affected by awakening symptoms?  It’s a rhetorical question, by the way.  Just assume that every part of your body will be affected in some way, shape or form, as you awaken.

As for underarms, their main purpose is twofold:  to regulate body temperature, and to release toxins.

Chances are, if your pits suddenly have become inflamed, itchy and annoying (!) you have not been eating all that well, and your body is doing its best to detox itself.  So anything you add to the toxins you are sweating out will react with them and attempt to get your attention by nearly driving you to insanity.

My suggestion?  Consider what you are eating–did you go on a vacation and eat foods outside of your normal, healthy diet?  Alcohol beyond its normal quantity? Junk food?  Yeah.

The fastest way to freedom is of course, to let your pits heal.  Avoid the deodorant if possible, for a few days.  And pay attention to the inside of you, and what you’re dumping down your mouth.

If you are one to consider a detox, here is one that I have used very successfully to clear the body of toxins:

Dherbs 10-day Express Cleanse

(I have no affiliation with this provider, so feel free to find a suitable one for you if this one doesn’t call your name).  I found that the 10-day cleanse was perfect to reset the balance in my body.

Aim to stay as natural as possible, without chemicals you can’t pronounce, and by all means if you feel guided to see a doctor, please do so.  A lot of the potency of a cleanse includes regulating what you put in your body while you are cleansing.

Hope this helps those of you experiencing this new and annoying symptom.

See our Symptoms page for more symptoms you may be experiencing.

believing inner voices
Awakening Rants, Featured, Life on Earth,

Which inner voice should I believe?

Do you know what your Higher Self’s voice sounds like?

We’re told that consulting the “larger part” of ourselves is the most dependable way to ensure that our desires correlate with those of our soul plan.

Let’s say that you need to make a decision, and so you ask yourself a question: “What is the best option for me at this time?”

Asking yourself a direct question is always the best and most efficient way to get to where you want to go.  Your Higher Self is right there, waiting for you to ask.

Depending on how much mind chatter you still have in your internal conversations, you may get an answer in a string of words, or an image, or a feeling, or if you are really attentive to your outside surroundings, a synchronicity that is so perfectly timed that you know its connected to your inquiry.

In the beginning of your awakening, your answer will most likely come to you in words.  That’s traditionally been the “reliable” method of communications for humans, after all…forget the fact that leaving out a comma can cause all sorts of issues with the statement being made:

“Let’s eat, Grandma.”

“Let’s eat Grandma.”

So, yeah, words aren’t that dependable.

What about the voice delivering those words?  Where is it coming from?  Whose voice is it?  And is one voice easier to believe than another?

I have a friend who begged for the voice to be someone besides her own, so she could be positive that it wasn’t her mind playing tricks on her. And when it finally happened that she received a message from a strange man’s voice, she freaked out and demanded it go away immediately…and followed by frantically burning sage throughout the house just to ensure that she wasn’t dealing with a negative entity trying to take control over her.

If the voice sounds like your own, you may doubt it as your mind rather than your Higher Self.  And if the voice sounds like a stranger, your “fight or flight” reaction could take over…along with the fear that your head will soon do a 360 on your own neck, and you lack the acquaintance of a priest brave enough to lock himself in a room with you for an all-night exorcism.

Words.  They aren’t that dependable.

Requiring your answer delivered by words is simply leftover ingrained programming from a society that seeks to control those who won’t make decisions for themselves. If you are reading this, then you are moving away from that programming, and you are moving towards sovereignty.

So next time you ask a question, send out an intention with it:

“I would like the answer to come to me in a manner that alleviates doubt as to the legitimacy of the message.”

And one more thing you may need to face:

Every voice is YOURS, no matter if it sounds like Grandma, your creepy next door neighbor, or your own.

It takes a bit of time to transmute those old doubts, and so we take small steps in the recognition of ourselves being the creator of our reality.  We still tend to believe information delivered from external resources over internal messages, and so we unconsciously label the speaker as someone other than ourselves in order to suspend the doubt and accept the message.

So when you hear Grandma’s voice answering your question, you may feel more comfortable with that soft, gentle tone.  And that’s totally OK.

But no matter which voice is delivering words to you, there is one more step, which transcends the content of the sentence.  It requires you to FEEL in addition to listening:

Check with your gut about the answer you’ve received.

Your gut never lies.  Never. Ever. Ever.

Your Higher Self speaks to you through the gut.

So it really doesn’t matter whose voice is speaking to you, because words are filtered through the brain every time. Your Higher Self doesn’t bother with the brain, since it’s undependable, it’s programmable, and it’s fickle. And God forbid, you leave out a comma.

Practice discernment by picking up the internal “red phone” connected directly to your gut, and your answer will be there, at the other end of the line, every time.

Eventually, you will feel more comfortable jettisoning the words, and your answers will come to you in a variety of ways, all of which, in my opinion, are more comprehensive, more colorful, and much more fun.

its ok to wake up with a calm mind
Awakening Signs, Featured, Life on Earth,

Something’s Wrong With Me! I Woke Up This Morning With An Empty Mind

Words are an integral part of the current human condition. They can encourage, admonish, or cut like a knife.  Yet when they are absent, we are taught to worry about it.

It’s common for most humans to lay their heads on the pillow with a mind full of chatter: what needs to be done tomorrow, someone we forgot to call, what we should have said to to the co-worker about his thoughtless comment this morning.  Layer on top of that the repetitive final glances at things with screens, concerned we might miss an important message before we lay ourselves down to rest.

It’s no wonder that 25 million Americans suffer from sleep-related conditions. We can’t shut it off; but we sure try, with alcohol, sex, and pharmaceuticals.

But Earth’s population is waking up, and with that comes some changes to your brain’s thought patterns, including a reduction in the chatter that previously dominated your awareness.

The farther you travel on the path to awakening, the less hold that words will have on you.

Your inner thoughts will begin to shift to predominately images and concepts, because the two-dimensional aspect of most words will no longer be sufficient to describe what you’re feeling inside.

And there will come a day, when you wake up in the morning, and there are no words swimming through your head the minute your eyes open.  Your mind can wake up refreshed, calm, and empty.

This can be a shocker for those of us who are so accustomed to the instant morning “on-button.” It’s easy to worry that something is wrong with you.

But guess what, Lightworker?  It’s called peace, and believe it or not, it’s your natural state.

Our minds have been so habitually cluttered, that when we wake up with a calm one, we think that something has gone wrong.

Western society has been programmed to find a state of peace as flawed.

Depending on which reality you’re focusing on, you can thank the social programming that warns of imminent memory loss and deadly brain tumors.

Or, if you’re focusing on a higher level of creation—one in which you recognize your role as the creator of your reality—check the programs running through your head about words = action = accomplishment.

Can you imagine yourself waking up in the morning at peace, with an empty head, ready to create your day with a clean slate? Can you imagine a new state of being, in which your mind is not cluttered with endless words, lists and concerns that have little to do with your long-term growth?

It starts by understanding that silence is OK.

A calm mind is the normal state for the awakened individual.

It happens when you face the fears that keep peace at arm’s length, because the human ego is very frightened of the unknown.  Fears are tricky; they are masters at crafting powerful potential catastrophic scenarios to keep you in the place of powerlessness. It’s when you face them head on that they, along with the accompanying words, lose their power over you.

So, Lightworker, nothing is wrong with you if you wake up with a calm mind.  It’s the sign that your heart is winning over your head.

Let’s have a silent cheer for that accomplishment.

belief in impossible things
Awakening Rants, Featured, Life on Earth, The Esoteric,

Believing the Impossible: You CAN Be The First

Once we solidify the understanding that we are creating our reality, we start contemplating the viability of things—wild things—generally thought impossible.

“You can’t do that,” that old grumpy ego self tells you.  “No one has ever done that.”

And the new you?  Soon enough, if not already, you’ll answer with “Watch me.”

We’ve been living under a veil of limitations that is now lifted, and should you choose to embrace that, the sky is the limit.  And simply because no human has seemingly done something you would like to do, is not indication that it’s impossible.  It merely hasn’t been done yet, to your knowledge.

Think of some occurrences that we would never have thought possible, until someone tried them:

  • Someone believed that willow bark can heal any number of ailments, including staving off heart attacks. Now it’s called aspirin.
  • Someone believed that a mile could be run in 4 minutes, despite being told it was physically impossible.  Roger Bannister believed it, and since that day in 1954, over 1400 athletes have followed suit (some shaving another 15 seconds off of Roger’s time.)
  • It was widely believed in the late 1800s that the maximum possible speed any human could ever travel without suffocating was around 30mph. No reference needed here if you have ever driven on a California highway.
  • Someone said “It’s quite possible that within the next 100 years there will be a telephone in every town.” He was laughed at, apparently. That was Alexander Graham Bell.  He didn’t think big enough, in my opinion.

My point:

There is always a first.  If you desire to do something seemingly impossible in today’s world, yet can’t let go of the doubts, then check your beliefs about self-worth.

You no longer need to live within the status quo.  It was always a choice, by the way, but you forgot.  Now that you remember, you can choose otherwise.

Why self worth?

Let’s look at some common illusory statements that have been stuffed down your throat since you were born (that includes other Earth lives as well, to be sure):

  • You’re not smart enough to do that.
  • You don’t have the education to do that.
  • No one has ever done that.
  • It takes years of practice to be that good at that.
  • You’re too old to try that.  Maybe when you were younger.

BULLSHIT!

That is all bullshit, my friends. You’ve merely been exposed to fear-based programming that kept you controllable.  And you can de-program yourself by changing what you believe.

Anything that you can think of, you can experience.  Period.

It’s all in your beliefs that you can, or can’t, that make the difference between you doing something, and you shutting yourself off to the possibility.

If you think you can, or you think you can’t…either way, you’re right.

~Henry Ford

So if you have the desire to try something “impossible” that would make you go “SQUEEEEEEE,” then ride that wave.  Stay in the vibration of it for as long as possible, and ask your Higher Self for assistance from the non-physical side of you.  Those etheric tools are just waiting for your invitation to be put to use.

Remember that any pits in your stomach that arise, are doubts based on someone else’s opinion of what is, and is not, possible; and you simply believed them long ago.  You can un-believe them just as easily, now that you are sharpening your own previously-rusty, creative tools for use in the 3D physical world.

Now many others around you have not done the inner work that you are doing, and because of this, they may discount your wild statements as fantasy, craziness or wishful thinking.  I don’t suggest sharing your adventurous plans with those who will not support you.  It’s not that they are bad friends, but rather that they may still be too ingrained in the illusion to be a willing cheerleader on the sidelines for something they still consider impossible.

It’s time to pull out the toolbox and dust off those creative skills that have been trapped inside, waiting for you to wake up.  As you recall, things put away and ignored are merely stopped up energy.

You have a lot of power in that toolbox. Pop open the lid, and use your imagination.  It’s how the Universe expands.
