Happening Now: Text Glitches! Fighting Cats! Password Reset Emails!

This week has been one of the highest energy weeks that I have experienced in this lifetime on Earth.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average has hit new highs on virtually every trading day this week (yesterday’s highest point 27,684), which is generally a signal that energy is moving around in all forms: stocks, precious metals, currency, anxiety.

The Collective is stirring the proverbial cosmic soup in order to evenly distribute the heat.

This week, a close friend asked me why I sent her a text message at 12:44 am.  My message simply said, “Damn.” I did no such thing, and we had a good laugh comparing screenshots of our differing text feeds.

Turns out that this happened to thousands of people, who received random texts in the middle of the night from a “glitch” in a text-messaging vendor platform used by the major three mobile companies.

This is one odd occurrence this week, but I got many reports of other events:

  • Smoke alarms going off for hours in vacant apartments.
  • Computer monitors blinking on and off.
  • Normally peaceful cats fighting with each other.
  • Sensitivity to sounds.
  • Receiving a large amount of robocalls or password reset emails

So what’s going on?

When high frequency energy pours into Earth, we Lightworkers, who are spread throughout the world, transduce much of that energy and emit it to others wherever we go.

But not all that energy gets absorbed, and it has to go somewhere.

This can disrupt many systems, including those with batteries (as we move to a more unified existence, the positive and negative polarities neutralize, thus draining batteries at a rapid rate…which makes smoke alarms scream until their batteries are changed).  It certainly disrupts systems that send out automated messages, as in the case of password reset emails, or unexplained texts.

Humans will, of course, try to find a logical explanation for these occurrences.  We’re taught to find proof so that we can file things away in neat compartments of validity.  So in the case such as the mysterious overnight text messages, humanity arrived at a physical explanation for the “glitch.”

But what created the action that created the glitch in the first place?  You can trace it back and back to its originating force, but here is where humanity lacks the detecting instruments for such forces.  Have you noticed that when we run into a scientific brick wall, the whole situation is often brushed under the rug?

In a holographic system, there is never only one single explanation for anything.  With everything interconnected, the forces that move energy can originate from multiple places in the Universe rather than just from one; and when the soup is stirred, the new combination of forces creates a new environment entirely.

This is where we are on Earth right now.  Receiving energy from multiple origins, and stirring the soup to incorporate it all. So what does that mean for you here on the ground?

With each mysterious “glitch” that inspires a line of questions, you’re given the opportunity to check out the temperature of the soup. Take a spoonful and see if new, inexplicable, random things occurring have meaning for you, and resist the effort to immediately search for a logical explanation for it.

Rather than asking “how did it happen?” consider asking “Why did it happen?”

 

Here’s the answer I got when I asked myself this question about the text message sent without my permission:

“Consider how you take responsibility for your own actions.”

 

These things are not random if they show up in your life.  There is a part of you that communicates through symbols, which can embody multiple applications in meaning.

Remember that your world is not random.  Our Universe is an intricate holographic orchestration, coordinating interactions between people, places and events that serve all involved, always.  Will you look deeper, or will you settle for the most “logical” explanation for a seemingly random occurrence?

There is no right answer because there are an infinite number of answers!  You get to decide what relevance you give an event, and you then get to create from there.

Mean No Harm

There is a fruit fly that stays with me when I’m writing.

Perching on the laptop, walking across the screen.  Sometimes on the mouse, just where my thumb should be.

As I pull some oracle cards, it seems that wherever I am just about to put a card down, there is the fly; in peril of sudden demise during my morning reading.

“It’s just a fruit fly,”  I’ve had friends say. “Those and spiders….they don’t count.  Those get squished.”

Now I’ve long passed the period of judgment about the value of life.  If you get too deep into it, the militant vegans and the well-meaning carnivores battle it out, and I no longer wish to participate in that sort of thing.

Your interpretation of the value of life is yours alone.  And although I would never intentionally hurt a living being, there are times when it happens without my intention.

Like the time I stepped on a gecko on my porch, severing its tail.  I watched it wriggle around in what I imagined was excruciating pain—caused by me!!!!—understandably, after the severance of a major portion of its body.  I bawled my eyes out over my infliction of pain on a helpless animal.  Like for hours.  A bit of an overreaction, but that’s the sign that there’s more to the situation than at first glance.

Of course, tails can grow back on many species of reptiles.  But no matter.  I was in it for the lesson.

After days of contemplation, I adopted a missive whenever I contemplate the value of life:

Mean No Harm.

With these three words, one can view the cycle of life from a loving perspective.  And yet the subtle interpretation of these words can take on different meanings for different people.  And that’s a great way to live.  To allow others to interpret things as they will, and to remember that your different interpretation is just as valid.

I welcome you to try it.  Mean No Harm. 

If you’re a spider squisher, pause for a minute before you pull the shoe out next time.  Does your action correlate with your current interpretation of “Mean No Harm?” 

And if you are one of those that will spend an hour struggling to rehome a bug outside, ask yourself the same question.

What do the words “Mean No Harm” represent for you at this moment?  Has your definition of “Harm” changed?

There are no right or wrong answers. This is about you, evolving.  Being a Darwin, I take the lead in adding an appropriate pun:

You’re regrowing your tail.

As our perspective broadens, we revaluate our definitions of things. So asking yourself this question may bring beliefs to the surface heretofore unseen.  Any experiences since last contemplating this concept will enhance your opinion.

And as for the fruit fly, to me it’s a guide.  They come in all shapes and sizes, quietly presenting me with an option to give it relevance.  To me, it represents a tiny portion of the All, with just as much right to my environment as I have.  I am, therefore, very careful where I place my cards.

Whose Voice Is That In Your Head?

Your busy day might leave little time for introspection. When on those rare occasions on which you do find time to meditate, you may have doubts about who it is you’re connecting with when you do. Is it safe to listen? Or are those voices in your head a symptom of insanity?

Concerns like these are normal!  Film and TV constantly relays the notion that inner voices in your head tell you bad things, and urge you to do bad things, and so should never be considered as valid advice.

The key is to listen to what the voice is saying to you.

Is it berating with a tone of condescension?  Is it reminding you of all the mistakes you’ve made over the years? Is it spiteful?  Or is it kind, and gentle?  Do you feel comforted when you hear it? Does it inspire something in you?

The tone and content of the message indicates which part of the vast YOU you’re currently connected with.

There is a process that will bypass the negative talk, and clear the path of communication to that inner guide that wants to see you succeed in this physical life.

Breathe.

You’ve heard it a million times, I know.  “Take several deep breaths.”  It’s the beginning of every meditation and initiates every yoga practice.

Do you ever skip that step?

I bet that there have been times when you, in a stationary race against time, sat down to meditate and you glossed over the breathing part to get right to the good stuff.

If this is you, then you may not be fully connecting with your Higher Self.  And that “good stuff” you were aiming for, can be replaced by a barrage of negative talk and a cyclone of unwelcome thoughts. It’s no wonder that many people fail to establish a regular meditation practice.

There is a reason that breath is included prior to these practices.  Because it opens the pathway to Source.  Not just figuratively, but literally.

Breathing has both physical and energetic benefits.  Not only are you oxygenating your organs, but you are also opening a clear conduit to your Higher Self that, in most people, the ego blocks by default.

The ego is an important part of our physical existence.  A key element in maintaining the time/space physical reality in which we live, the ego is the looking glass through which we view this Earthly illusion.  So if you are having negative thoughts as you meditate, then continue breathing until the negative talk subsides.  Here is the inbuilt benefit from breathing that applies to all of us:

Your ego is designed to move to the background when you focus on controlled breathing.

This is when your Higher Self has a chance to be heard.  This voice may sound like your own, or like your favorite grandfather (alive or not), or perhaps like no one you have ever heard before.

And this voice will never, ever, ever, ever, be harsh.  It will never degrade you.  It will never urge you to do—or even think about—harm to another.  It will have your, and all others’, best interest in mind.

Should you be hearing otherwise, then continue breathing.  Breathe longer than you think you should.  Focus on each breath, until the calm settles over you.

Try ten deep breaths.  That may be more than you’ve ever done in one stretch before.  The idea is to get beyond the mind fidgets, and to clear the path for communication with Source.

Once you notice the subtle changes in your thought patterns, and feel your body relax, then it’s time to  begin the dialogue with your Higher Self.  Ask it for direction and feedback about how you are doing.  Is there anything that can make this journey easier? More fun? More rewarding?

The You behind the curtain will always be there for gentle, positive guidance.  This is the You that wants to see you succeed.  The trusted coach, the loving guide.  The information you receive will sit well in your gut, which has its own brain, by the way.

No matter where you are on in your personal evolution, controlled breathing will always validate your connection to your Higher Self. So please, take the time to clear your channels by putting the ego to sleep for a time. I’ve listed some resources below on breathing techniques in case you’d like to learn more.

Decriminalization of Hallucinogenic Plants: Mainstreaming Alternate Realities

Yesterday Oakland was the second city, following Denver, to decriminalize the use and ownership of psychoactive plants, specifically psilocybin-infused mushrooms.

Last week I published a video about the use of mind altering substances during your awakening process.  If you haven’t seen it yet, in it I stress that you will be taking full responsibility for yourself and your actions while in an altered state; and no judgments are issued by me, based on your choice to use or not use them.

The emphasis on this new development is really on how our collective’s opinion on what is reality? is changing.  For those who tend to focus negatively on Earth’s doomed fate, developments such as these are great indications that we are headed in a positive direction.

The decision makers for both cities allowed the public to voice its opinion, and it shared experiences of physical, mental and spiritual healing as a result of the use of mind-altering substances.  Denver was the flagship city for decriminalization, which puts the ownership and use of hallucinogenic mushrooms at the bottom of the list of crimes And for Oakland, at least, the decision to decriminalize mushrooms was unanimous.

On an esoteric level, it’s a huge boost forward, because the Collective (that’s the combined frequency of everyone on Earth) is now widening its vision about reality, conceding that altered states don’t necessarily mean you are “crazy,” or that you are taking them to escape your current reality.  Rather, there are other realities out there to explore, should you release the doubt long enough to venture over there. Lots of ways to do that; plants are merely one way.

It’s always up to you.  Perhaps it’s a way to help you feel safer diving inward, deep into the part of you that is working behind the scenes to create the life you desire.  This inner focus brings energetic blocks to the surface for you to face head on; helps you review your beliefs about situations; and suggests more positive outcomes than the one you were previously focusing upon.

Revision of your beliefs will result in the clearing of your path, as old energy is removed and replaced with more positive beliefs about your inner power.  If you are interested in finding those old energy blocks, view the Energetic Crosshatching video for one process that may help you. Happening Now: Underarm Madness

It’s the pits, for sure. Yet your underarms are great indicators that your body wants some change.

It started with one person reporting this to me, and then another, and another.  But until I felt it myself, I couldn’t attribute this physical symptom to the awakening process.

One day, you may wake up and whatever you put on your armpits seems to burn and itch as if you rubbed hydrochloric acid under there.  Of course, you didn’t, but it can sure feel like that when you aren’t used to experiencing anything odd during your morning routine.

For me, it was an overnight thing:  one day, everything was fine. Then the next day, I used my regular natural deodorant, and it felt very different. Besides the irritation that made me feel like a puppy annoyed by an itch he can barely reach, my underarms felt angry! Irritated, annoyed, stomping their figurative feet on the ground as if to say, “No more of this.”

Before I let you know the answer I received when I asked the Universe for the reasoning behind this newest unwelcome symptom, I want to recommend that you do your own research regarding aluminum in your anti-perspirant.  If you are still using an anti-perspirant at all (which requires aluminum to stop you from sweating), then you may want to reconsider that.  There are many scientific, as well as metaphysical, resources on what aluminum does to the body.  Please look into these and adopt the practice that resonates with you.

I have not used anti-perspirant for nearly a decade, so the symptoms described above apply to even those pits who are not being infused with aluminum daily.

OK, so why?  WHY?  Why can’t just one part of the body not be affected by awakening symptoms?  It’s a rhetorical question, by the way.  Just assume that every part of your body will be affected in some way, shape or form, as you awaken.

As for underarms, their main purpose is twofold:  to regulate body temperature, and to release toxins.

Chances are, if your pits suddenly have become inflamed, itchy and annoying (!) you have not been eating all that well, and your body is doing its best to detox itself.  So anything you add to the toxins you are sweating out will react with them and attempt to get your attention by nearly driving you to insanity.

My suggestion?  Consider what you are eating–did you go on a vacation and eat foods outside of your normal, healthy diet?  Alcohol beyond its normal quantity? Junk food?  Yeah.

The fastest way to freedom is of course, to let your pits heal.  Avoid the deodorant if possible, for a few days.  And pay attention to the inside of you, and what you’re dumping down your mouth.

If you are one to consider a detox, here is one that I have used very successfully to clear the body of toxins:

Dherbs 10-day Express Cleanse

(I have no affiliation with this provider, so feel free to find a suitable one for you if this one doesn’t call your name).  I found that the 10-day cleanse was perfect to reset the balance in my body.

Aim to stay as natural as possible, without chemicals you can’t pronounce, and by all means if you feel guided to see a doctor, please do so.  A lot of the potency of a cleanse includes regulating what you put in your body while you are cleansing.

Something’s Wrong With Me! I Woke Up This Morning With An Empty Mind

Words are an integral part of the current human condition. They can encourage, admonish, or cut like a knife.  Yet when they are absent, we are taught to worry about it.

It’s common for most humans to lay their heads on the pillow with a mind full of chatter: what needs to be done tomorrow, someone we forgot to call, what we should have said to to the co-worker about his thoughtless comment this morning.  Layer on top of that the repetitive final glances at things with screens, concerned we might miss an important message before we lay ourselves down to rest.

It’s no wonder that 25 million Americans suffer from sleep-related conditions. We can’t shut it off; but we sure try, with alcohol, sex, and pharmaceuticals.

But Earth’s population is waking up, and with that comes some changes to your brain’s thought patterns, including a reduction in the chatter that previously dominated your awareness.

The farther you travel on the path to awakening, the less hold that words will have on you.

Your inner thoughts will begin to shift to predominately images and concepts, because the two-dimensional aspect of most words will no longer be sufficient to describe what you’re feeling inside.

And there will come a day, when you wake up in the morning, and there are no words swimming through your head the minute your eyes open.  Your mind can wake up refreshed, calm, and empty.

This can be a shocker for those of us who are so accustomed to the instant morning “on-button.” It’s easy to worry that something is wrong with you.

But guess what, Lightworker?  It’s called peace, and believe it or not, it’s your natural state.

Our minds have been so habitually cluttered, that when we wake up with a calm one, we think that something has gone wrong.

Western society has been programmed to find a state of peace as flawed.

Depending on which reality you’re focusing on, you can thank the social programming that warns of imminent memory loss and deadly brain tumors.

Or, if you’re focusing on a higher level of creation—one in which you recognize your role as the creator of your reality—check the programs running through your head about words = action = accomplishment.

Can you imagine yourself waking up in the morning at peace, with an empty head, ready to create your day with a clean slate? Can you imagine a new state of being, in which your mind is not cluttered with endless words, lists and concerns that have little to do with your long-term growth?

It starts by understanding that silence is OK.

A calm mind is the normal state for the awakened individual.

It happens when you face the fears that keep peace at arm’s length, because the human ego is very frightened of the unknown.  Fears are tricky; they are masters at crafting powerful potential catastrophic scenarios to keep you in the place of powerlessness. It’s when you face them head on that they, along with the accompanying words, lose their power over you.

So, Lightworker, nothing is wrong with you if you wake up with a calm mind.  It’s the sign that your heart is winning over your head.

Let’s have a silent cheer for that accomplishment.

If My Body Is Made of Light, Why Can’t I Live On Fast Food?

We are living in a hologram. Simply concentrated light, bunched together in temporary form.

From any one individual’s perspective here on “the ground,” the world can seem so small.  Yet climb that hill a bit, and the view becomes wider, more expansive.  Your perspective is very different from a higher altitude.

When the synchronicities start flowing in due to alignment with Source, the hologram becomes more apparent. People and things come out of nowhere, right when needed, and right on time.  The perfection of the orchestrated occurrences fosters the adaptation that our world really isn’t solid at all.

That’s when shit gets fun.

So, what about our bodies? They seem pretty solid. Nope. Not solid at all.

So if our bodies aren’t solid, what does it matter what kind of food we eat?

What does food–which can’t be solid either if we’re in a hologram–have to do with the whole situation?

It’s about energy.

Everything you encounter has energy.  It carries with it the impression of every single soul who has interacted with it.  And every interaction that occurs, changes the signature of each person, place or thing involved.  The observer, and the observed. That’s called expansion.

That chicken you ate: it had a life.  That stalk of broccoli?  It was living at one time, too.  Its natural instinct was to grow toward the light.

The chicken that got to run around and pick worms apart, and play with its siblings, will be of a higher frequency than a chicken that was stuffed into a cage with a dozen others, unable to move around and express itself.  The quality of life greatly affects the energetic signature of any living being.

So although we technically aren’t solid, those who designed this “physical” world—with its self-imposed limitations that include a physical vehicle that still requires fuel—the energetic exchange still applies.

Your food provides the fuel for your avatar.  And your choice of food provides further opportunity for expansion.

This is why, as you awaken, you will find yourself making better choices.  You will naturally eliminate lower-frequency fuel, and choose food that feels good when you eat it.  This will not feel like sacrifice.  It is an innate instinct that was dormant in your coding, activated by you in the expansion process.

So do we even need food at all?

If you climb high enough on that hill to embrace a larger view, you will see that ultimately, you do not need food at all. Your trek up that hill will include releasing old beliefs and programming that will clarify your view.  From a high enough vantage point, you would recognize life for the hologram that it is, and your choices will be from that perspective.  You can survive on prana, or “life force”.  This is also called love.

Yet, there are few people who have ventured to trek that high up that hill of unknowns.  Few have taken the time to challenge the programming, to recognize the holographic nature of “reality.”  And as such, those of us with those limiting beliefs will not be supported in living without food until we believe that love is all we need.

So remember that you’re eating energy, my love.  Choose the highest frequency available to you, and honor it as the fuel that keeps you running.

Trigger Message: Acute Bouts of Severe Darkness

Trigger messages are channeled messages that include images, tones, metaphors, colors, textures, and numbers. Each applies to a different group of awakening souls, who requested such reminders prior to incarnation…to be delivered at just the right time in their evolutionary process.

Do Unicorns Exist?

The imagination is boundless when one is omnipotent.

Yet humans are very good at categorizing what they believe does—and doesn’t—exist, by whether they can see it or not with their own eyes.

This has been programmed into us, because if we remembered our true power, then there is no way we could be controlled.  So the answer to “Do Unicorns Exist?” may create more havoc than you think, depending on what your belief systems are.  The answer:  Yes, and No.

It all depends on what you believe in.

Let’s dip our toe into the different realities that people are concurrently experiencing on Earth right now.  I’ll use some concepts from my upcoming book Evolution144.  In my book, I divide the awakening process for humans into seven steps, from completely unconscious to completely aware.  Here are a few of them:

  1. The Reactor.  Everything is being done TO you.  A human living in this reality would feel pushed around by, beaten up by, and subject to, life.  It is a stage of complete powerlessness. The imagination is considered frivolous and unnecessary, since focus is on merely surviving.
  2. The Questioner: As the consciousness expands, the individual will begin to see the consequences of his actions, and will question his role in the creation of his life. Imagination is considered as an escape from the outside world through introduction to visualization and meditation.
  3. The Explorer:  As self-awareness increases, an individual will consciously create his reality based on his desires.  Use of the imagination is embraced and embodied as the basis of creation.

So where do unicorns come in?

Well it depends on where you are in your journey.  As you can see from the examples above, a person living in a reality such as The Reactor would feel that imagination is a waste of time.  Unicorns, along with mermaids, elves and any other mythical creature you can think of, do not have a place in a survival-oriented life.  For someone living in this reality, unicorns do not exist.

As an individual continues on the journey of inner-growth, the imagination gains greater importance as the process of creation itself.  Once the questioning begins, then “imaginary” doors will open, and things that were once “not possible” are now considered, but not perhaps completely accepted as plausible.

For those far enough along on their journey to include conscious creation, such as The Explorer, anything that one can think of, exists.  Because imagination is acknowledged as the springboard of creation, every potentiality exists in their world, including unicorns and other mythical creatures.

So does that make them real?  Yes, just as real as anything else in your not-so-solid world.

But why can’t we see them?  Why aren’t they occasionally captured on grainy film as the elusive, majestic animals we hear about in myths?

That’s the question that always follows.  And if you are asking that question, then you are still in the stage of disbelief, for needing to prove anything with the LEAST accurate means available in our 3D world is a sign that the filters of your own powerful ability to create are still running your show.

There are many worlds out there, and the one that you see around you is a minuscule portion of what’s out there. It’s simply entrapped energy, vibrating very slowly so that it looks solid.  You are choosing to focus on it for the experience it provides you of rigidity, polarity and the illusion of time.

So it would be normal for you, in your awakening journey, to request evidence to be backed up by the senses, since you were taught that the only valid methods of proving the existence of something is to see it.

Yet our eyes can only see a tiny bit of the spectrum of what exists.  Only about 0.0035% of what exists, actually:

 

You see that tiny little “visible” part in the above chart?  Yeah, that’s how much your human eyes can see.  Not much, eh? Our human eyes are created to see the portion of the electromagnetic spectrum that corresponds to the energy emitted by the sun.

There are beings living in ALL of those other portions of the spectrum, by the way.

And as you awaken, the range of your visible spectrum will increase, and you will see things that are not visible even to others who are looking in the same direction. This is a common UFO phenomenon, by the way, where only a few in a group of hundreds can see what’s dangling right there in the sky.  If you believe it, you will see it.

I know you’ve heard that before.

 

So, then are unicorns outside of our visible range?

Yes, at the moment.  Until we suspend our beliefs about what can and can’t exist, we will continue to see what we’re told we can see, and our doubting, ego-driven mind, will filter out the rest.

Can you see why the answer can be both YES, and NO?  It all depends on your beliefs.

Redesign Your Avatar: Beginning the Journey

Your avatar, otherwise known as your physical body, is just as holographic as the rest of the world in which you’ve been living.

It’s a perfectly-orchestrated machine that functions with supreme precision, to provide you with sensory experiences and challenges along your journey in this Earthly game.

What does being holographic mean for you?  It means that your soul chose an avatar to represent you in your incarnation on Earth.  And that avatar is made of light. It’s not as solid as we were taught to believe.

It means that if you want to change it, you can. You can redesign your avatar to look as you want it to look, within the scope of your current belief systems.

I’m talking about the whole you:

  • How old you look
  • The shape of your body
  • Your overall health
  • Your confidence level
  • Your outlook on the world

 

Does this sound like a tall order to you?  Impossible, maybe?  That’s what society’s programming wants you to believe.  Keeping people fat and fearful makes them easy to control.  And on a planet where the gameplan has included controlling the masses through making them feel powerless, that’s been the case all this time.

So how do we redesign an avatar?

 

Let’s talk about body image.

Think you’re overweight? Most of us do.

Ask yourself this:

By whose standards are you measuring yourself?

There is no right or wrong answer here.  What’s important is that you ask yourself the question and you answer it truthfully.  No need to share your answer with me, or with anyone else.  In fact, in avatar redesign, it’s important that you don’t share your answer.  We’ll talk about why a little bit later.

Here are some prevalent 3D standards by which society defines the ideal body:

  • You should look like a movie star.
  • You should weigh the same as you did in your teens.
  • You should be a size ___ for your height and weight.
  • Your body should look young, with no signs of age.

These are all criteria that society has determined for us. With programming like that, no wonder we suffer from guilt, intimidation and shame for not living up to these ridiculous standards.

Get used to this saying, for I will say it often:

“They are all lies.”

Here is the truth:  There is a perfect YOU.  It’s a unique, authentic YOU that need not be compared with others, with a perfect body composition for YOU, a healthy balance of peace and sense of well-being.  Those are the only standards you need to consider.

Your soul chose your particular avatar precisely to maximize the opportunity for growth:  Body composition affects our self-worth, lovability, and our recognition of personal power, among a myriad of other things.

Quick story:  I did a series of deep hypnotic sessions called “In Between Life Regression” to visit my soul in its natural state.  I observed the planning session for this lifetime, to better understand what my major life lessons would be and who the major players were.  During my planning session, I was given 3 avatars to choose from.  These were blueprint avatars; showing them in their ideal template state, without any distortions from societal programming.  The bodies were vibrant and healthy and unique. I was able to view snippets of what my life would look like, navigating in each avatar.  I made my choice based on growth opportunity offered with that avatar, according to my plan. And after 53 years in this avatar, I completely understand why.  It’s perfectly-designed, to support my goals as I move about in this game. Just an aside:  I have met both of the other avatars since incarnating.  As soon as I saw them, it was immediate recognition, and, as you would guess, we hit it off like old friends.

Many people have been challenged by body weight issues based on Western Society’s standards of what the perfect body should look like.

Yet anyone who’s spent some time with ridiculously skinny models can learn quickly that skinny doesn’t necessarily equate to healthy, or happy, for that matter.

What we’re aiming for here is for you to look in the mirror and LOVE what you see, based on your own standards.  This happens after you recognize the lies that have been stuffed down your throat for all this time.

After an ugly divorce that had me drinking a bottle of wine a day for a while, I recognized that it was time to get back on the healthy side of things. I’d gained 18 pounds.  I looked in the mirror and I loathed what I saw.  And the more I sent myself those loathing messages, I loathed myself even more, and I gained more weight.  Things had to change.

Having generally maintained a healthy body weight my whole life, I knew what needed to be done to get myself back in shape.  I was aware of what my particular calorie intake should be, and how much exercise I need to get back to the me that I didn’t loathe.  As a long time proponent of the Law of Attraction, I understood that the self-talk that we deal out to ourselves plays a huge role in determining who we are.  And that includes the physical part. I decided to combine as healthy a lifestyle as I could muster with the recognition of the programming that set unrealistic standards, and to rewire myself for creating the best version of me yet.

After all, I’m just light.  The recognition (or at least the suspension of doubt) of a non-physical reality is key to accepting your power as a creator.

So I went into “redesign” mode and included intention along with my diet and exercise regimen.

My goal:  “To mindfully return my avatar to its healthiest, most stable, perfectly-functioning ideal state.”

 

I created a mental image of what the perfect me should look like, when I view myself in the mirror. I felt that feeling of power, of confidence, and felt the excitement of what the world had to offer, now that I looked and felt my best. I named her Kimberly.  Which also happens to be my name.

I didn’t aim to look like someone else; I just wanted to be the perfect version of Kimberly. I vowed to embrace authenticity, and since I was able to view that perfect blueprint-template of Kimberly during my planning session, I could use that template as my goal, here in my incarnated state.

Every time I looked in the mirror, I vowed to see that blueprint Kimberly.  The perfectly-designed Kimberly, who was happy at the reflection she saw in the mirror.  That Kimberly that wasn’t so concerned with other people’s opinions of how she should look, because she knew that the only person she should be comparing herself with is earlier versions of Kimberly.

And things improved dramatically.

The more often I recognized the new Kimberly in the mirror, the more Kimberly appeared to be changing in the eyes of those observing her out there, in the world. The more lies I confronted, and transmuted, the closer and closer my avatar matched the blueprint Kimberly.

And I dropped the extra weight with no effort, with no feeling of sacrifice, not much work, and with no stress.  Despite society’s assertion that to get the body you feel great in you must sacrifice, sweat and work until it hurts (all lies), I got there by changing the thoughts that paraded through my head, and allowing my body to lead me to proper nutrition and motivated physical activity.

There was no feeling of sacrifice.  I ate what I wanted to eat, yet once my Higher Self took over reviewing the menu, what I ate changed along with it.  I didn’t say I was on a diet, because “diet” has a negative correlation with sacrifice and self-discipline.  Fat people are controllable.  “And it’s tough to lose that weight.  It’s work.” (Another lie.)

Similarly, the “exercise” part was easy because once I began listening to my Higher Self’s guidance, I was led to things that were fun to do.  So “exercise” morphed into “movement”…and like that—the stigma of sacrifice, pain and sweat was replaced with something I longed to do because it made me feel better about the me I saw in the mirror.*

 

The veil has lifted, and I invite you to join me on a journey of avatar redesign.

Wait, what?  Aren’t you the blueprint template Kimberly you intended to be?

The answer is, I WAS.

And then last year, I had a bad motorcycle crash that rendered me incapable of movement for a while.  I broke my pelvis in 3 places, got pinned back together, and had to learn to walk again.  I got to experience all sorts of issues that disallowed much movement until I healed.  During this enormous period of momentous inner transformation, the weight reapplied itself. That same 18 lbs I had lost the year before, to be exact.

So here I am, restarting the journey back to the template Kimberly.  I am way ahead of where I began the first time, because the lies I’d previously transmuted are no longer an issue for me.  Different lies arose: about how fast the body can heal after an accident, about victimhood, and about what doctors say you can and can’t do with your own body.  New lies for me to confront.

And this time, I’m documenting the process, so that hopefully my story will inspire you to consider the thoughts that parade through your head about what you can and cannot do with your avatar.

*Note that diet and exercise are also physical actions that we’ve decided to adopt as necessary for the avatar’s well-being while we are incarnated on this plane. When you realize that you are fully creating every single thing in your holographic life, from your avatar to the props that populate your living space, there’s really no need to go through the physical actions at all. From a balanced perspective, any one of us could reach the point where simply sending out the intent to change is all that’s needed.  It’s just a tough pill for most of us to swallow with all that programming to which we’ve been subjected. So we’ll include nutrition and movement as part of this plan.
