I’m Done With That! So Why is It Still Showing Up?

You change realities every time you make a new choice.

Little choices, and big choices.  All choices.

With each decision you make, you transform into a completely new person; and you move to another version of Earth that supports the revised “You.”  Maybe you faced a fear, or got rid of an annoying habit. Maybe you withheld judgment when you normally would have cast dagger eyes at another’s behavior.

Despite your being on a new version of Earth, it might not look all that different to you, at first glance. With your new attitude and all, you’ll expect more of the things you desire to start showing up in your physical world…and quickly.  You have made a big change!

But instead, you could see the same old things you’ve been seeing, and it’s easy to conclude that the Law of Attraction only works some of the time.  Or for everyone except for you.  Or…never…if you sink down to the emotional basement and wallow.

So why do indications of the old “You” still show up even though you’ve made changes?

Let’s take an imaginary walk through a forest, along a nice flat path.  You are enjoying the nature around you, maybe touching a tree here and there, surrounded by chirping birds.  You’re in appreciation and it’s a good place.

Walk a little further, and you see something up ahead.  It’s dull and metal, an eyesore.  As you walk closer, you see it’s an empty soda can, thrown in the foliage alongside your serene path.

Maybe your tranquility comes to a halt, and your mind turns to thoughts that are not so positive.  “Who would do that?” “Why would someone be so careless as to leave this here?” “Humans are hopeless.”

I’ve been there, and I know how good vibes can come to a halt when faced with something we find incomprehensible.

Yet nothing in your purview is random. Even evidence of behavior you don’t exhibit.

You may not be a person that throws cans on the ground. Yet I’m guessing that sometime, somewhere, you threw something on the ground and didn’t care to pick it up.  If you can honestly say you have never done this (put a “Saint” in front of your name), then I can guarantee that you know someone who has.  It has been a part of your reality at some point in time.

The appearance of an object like this, which I call fallout, is a glimpse of another’s reality.  Since we’re all connected and sharing a collective landscape, we “bump up against each other” every once in a while due to previous associations. It’s leftover evidence of a previous version of “You.”

But why, if we’re no longer choosing that reality?

You’re seeing that can there, to gauge how you’ll respond to seeing it.

So, you have choices:

  • To remember your can-throwing days, and concede that people change if they want to. You did!
  • To judge the can-thrower as an un-evolved troglodyte.
  • To observe your feelings about the event with neutrality.

Neutrality is, of course, the least resistant path.  And how you respond to this event is what determines which reality you will choose next.  A compassionate or neutral choice, and you’ll aim yourself towards a timeline in which you’ll see fewer and fewer indications of such past versions of “You.”

If there’s outrage, then you’ve shown the Universe that you choose to continue taking part in that reality and “more cans will you see,” in Yoda terms.

When a storm ends, it takes a while for the dust to settle.

In the meantime, you’ll see such things so you can confirm that they are not what you prefer anymore.  By continuing to focus on what you do want to experience (tree touching, birds singing), then the fallout will stop appearing as you build momentum towards the more preferred reality.

There are a whole lot of versions of “You” out there.  So when something you’re “finished with” reappears, remember that there are others still partaking in a reality you’ve experienced.  Even though you left that timeline, it still continues on—in both directions—without you.  It’s your choice whether or not you opt to go back and visit.

13 Things I Wish I’d Known At The Start Of My Awakening Journey

You are here on Earth to learn to love yourself.

This path can be as bumpy, or as smooth, as you choose.  It’s your ride!  So if you’re just starting out on this journey, here are a few things I’d like you to know, because I chose the bumpy path and you need not do the same!  There wasn’t anyone around back then to tell me these things, and if they had…well I would have thrown my hands in the air and squeed with joy around every corner on this roller coaster of life.

Here are the things I wish I’d known when the whole thing started:

1. You need not be in a state of perpetual healing.

Much like a scale out of balance, as you apply love in place of trauma, equilibrium takes over.  There will come a time when you will say, “I am healed,” and you will leave it behind.  This includes the idea that you need to heal the Earth Collective of every evil that ever existed, throughout history.  As you balance yourself, you become a powerful healer wherever you go, with no action required.

2. Crying means you’re getting better, not worse.

Any culture that tells you that crying is weak has been lying to you.  Crying is an immediate release of resistance, as well as an initiator of rebalancing chemicals that heal your physical body. The process is meant to cleanse you, and it is not a sign that something is wrong with you.  Let those tears flow whenever and wherever you are.

3. All physical pain has an emotional cause.

Your body is not solid. Humans simply believe that it is, and as such, they search for solid cures to their imbalances. Although medical intervention serves its purpose during the stage where we believe in external cures, you can discover your own internal healing process for any imbalance.*

Oh, and those unexpected 12 hour sleep sessions you find yourself partaking in? They are not depression; you are healing on many levels while you are out for the count.

4. Music has a profound affect on your vibration.

The music that you listen to will indicate your current world view.  Note how a song makes you feel, and if it agitates you, then choose something else.  You are made of sound.  And just like an orchestra in which many instruments contribute to the aria, any sound you hear will blend with you and affect your energy. Consciously choose which sounds you allow in.

5. Daydreaming is the process of creating LIFE, and is not an escape.

We are told to get out of “fantasyland” and get back to reality.  This is a lie.  The creational process is enacted through you using your imagination.  So rather than feeling guilty about those daydreaming episodes, remember that this is the process of creation, and it is a most valuable use of your time.  The true escape is to fill your head with other people’s ideas rather than nurturing your own.  Social media understands the value of your attention, and uses it like currency.  Social media, television and movies may leave your life, as your imagination becomes so vivid that you no longer need anyone else’s input to fill your day.

6. Loving nature plays a huge part in the process. Buy a plant!

Part of humanity’s imbalance is its relationship with Earth, which is the ultimate Martha Stewart of hostesses.  You have a whole planet to play on!  It is important to establish a relationship with Earth in any way you can.  Yes, that means getting out in nature and reveling at the beauty of it. If you live in a city, buy a plant and learn to care for it as if it were your child.  Not only will it thrive in your care, but it will heal humanity’s damaged relationship and bring us all back into balance. Note that if you are interested in honing your supernatural abilities, focusing on rebalancing yourself with nature is the most efficient way to do this.  For me, it has rejuvenated my abilities as a rainmaker, a deathwalker, and other long-dormant shamanic skills.  You have them too!

7. Tying up loose ends is required.  Debts, relationships, promises.

If there is something nagging you in the back of your mind, pay attention or it before it gets humongous.  Bills you keep forgetting to pay, people you keep forgetting to thank, even an oil change you’ve been putting off. Get them done and have as much appreciation for the situation as possible.  This is you, bringing yourself back into balance. Even paying an extra $5 on a debt sends the Universe a sign that you’re working on rebalancing things.  You will receive help, I promise, and in very imaginative ways. Integrity is paramount in the awakening process.

8. You are never alone.

Everyone goes through a period of relative isolation. You may lose all of your friends as your frequency rises and theirs doesn’t (but don’t get the ego involved, as there could be those who have vibrated right past YOU!). Yet as you learn to love yourself more, your perspective will also change about who Others really ARE.  You will discover that there are tons of beings that exist outside of your line of visual sight.  It’s a gradual progression of acceptance, in which you concede that you don’t know everything there is to know.  And yes, those things flying around the room that you try to explain away…they really are other souls sharing the space with you. And if you’re wondering if someone you’re thinking about is connecting with you, the answer is yes. The process of your thinking about a person affects them, no matter how far the distance. We are all connected, all the time.  There are no exceptions. You might just forget that once in a while.

9. No one is out to get you.

Read my words:  There is no such thing as evil.  There is only your belief in evil.  Once you stop believing in evil, it disappears from your life.  This includes pandemic viruses spread among the population by shadow governments; oligarchies by oppressive Reptilians, bullies, and alien abductions.  All of these occurrences are merely symbols—that you have created—to help you work through your fear of loving others, and ultimately, yourself.  Your Higher Self is on your side and wants to see you, and everybody else, WIN.

10. You really can have everything you want.

It CAN all work out just the way you want it.  No one has to lose for another person to win.  You have full imaginative capacity to dream of a world in which you get exactly what you want, and so does everyone else. This is the most profound piece of knowledge that I wish I’d had.  Everyone can win.  The outcome of your dreams depends ENTIRELY on your beliefs of whether or not something can happen.

11. Your environment is an extension of you.

Your physical environment, which encompasses everything that you can see, hear, taste, walk around in, and explore, is an extension of you.  If you imagine yourself in the middle of a bubble, you take your environment with you wherever you go.  All of what experience OUT THERE is really an extension of what you believe in HERE.  Every bit of stimuli that you receive from your surroundings, from a dog barking to a crowd of angry people, is placed there for you, by you, as an indicator of what you’re thinking.  The sooner you start considering your personal bubble as part of you, the faster you will gather information about your inner workings and rebalance yourself.  That’s when you will start seeing those dreams appear in the physical.

12. Everything is a symbol.

A multidimensional life—one in which you are living both in your mind and in a physical environment—uses many languages.  Words are cool, but symbols tell volumes.  Learn to ask yourself what a rash of repeated bird images means to you.  Repeating numbers, even repeating situations, are all symbols of something much deeper.  Even time is a symbol, and really doesn’t exist.  If this baffles you right now, try reading some poetry to get yourself accustomed to how symbols are embedded in everything.

13. Being gets you further than doing.

Our society tells us that in order to reach a goal, we must perform a physical action:  “No pain no gain! Just do it!” Our culture advises us to create lists, and no matter how painful it is, check something off each day; if you don’t, you’re a failure.  This is social engineering, otherwise known as a lie.  Any action that isn’t performed in joy does little to move you forward; you are essentially spinning your own wheels.  Part of your re-establishing a connection with the Higher Self entails listening to it; check your gut and how it feels about doing anything.  More often than you think, just sitting and doing nothing will propel you into a creative state where you find solutions without needing physical effort to accomplish them.

I hope that these tips will assist you on your path.  Since there is no one single reality, you are free to agree or disagree with them as you awaken.  You are the creator of your life, and you get to choose!  Anything that doesn’t feel right in the gut—throw it out!  Feel for what does resonate, and follow that.  This is integration at its best.

It is my highest desire to see you win.  I certainly am!  Love to you.

How to Locate Your Guides in the Physical

Your physical world is a mirror of what’s going on inside of you. As within, so without, so we say.

As you go about your day in the 3D world, your guides from the non-physical constantly place symbolic reminders in your environment, hoping you’ll see them and note the connection to a theme you’ve been contemplating lately.

For instance, if you’ve been thinking about buying a new car, and you were wondering if you should buy it in blue, rest assured you’ll being seeing the exact car—in blue— everywhere you look. Seriously, in mathematically impossible proportions.

You may previously have labeled such things as coincidences, but now you remember that you are creating your reality. Then, they become something else: Your thoughts made into form.

It’s not limited to seemingly inanimate objects, either. You have many guides who show up in your purview to deliver you a message. Chances are, you miss most of them in our busy world full of devices to stare at.

Those that appear in human form are the easiest for you to interact with. They can dart into your line of view from nowhere, and dart away just as quickly. Some will simply disappear in front of your eyes, to give you the added challenge of reviewing your beliefs about such things.

Remember: Nothing is random. Nothing. If it’s showing up in your view, then there is a reason for it. And the fact that it caught your attention gives it even higher clout.

Next time you have an hour, go sit in a busy place. Get a tea, and put your phone away. Observe the people around you, and let your eyes wander. It won’t be long before someone appears that catches your attention. Now watch that person and ask yourself a few questions.

First, use your brain to gather information. Like you are studying for an important test and want to remember as much as possible, take careful note of details. You are getting a download, right there, in the physical.

How is this person dressed?

Like a homeless person? Similar to you or vastly different?

Remember colors, repeating elements (once I saw a man wearing a completely tie-dyed outfit, including shirt, jacket, pants and even socks), or other things that stand out about their clothing. Pay attention to printing on T-shirts, jackets, or bags they are carrying. Note repeating numbers.

What are the person’s physical characteristics?

Pay attention to the ethnicity, height, weight (are you judging?) and posture. The majority of my guides fall into two categories: gorgeous black men with peaceful eyes, and a stubbly-whiskered white man with a Cheshire Cat smile, who has recycled himself in multiple cities.)

Which props are being used?

Since they have a whole stage to act on, your guides will use any props they can to get a message through to you. From a man transferring deadly canola oil from a large bottle to a small one on the street in front of me, to a homeless man emptying out his bag to show me his valuable meteorite collection; the props used are powerful symbols and offer volumes of information to you through symbolism.

What are they doing with the props?

Their actions with the props will tell you even more. Register the movements, and notice if any are being repeated over and over. This is an indication that the gesture itself holds a message for you.

Are there words?

This aspect of your encounter is the most fun. Focus and take in as much as you can. If you have a notebook, write it down as soon as possible. I promise, you will refer to it later.

What are they saying, and with what tone?
You might notice that the words are spoken in a contemplative manner, for instance: “Wow, it’s already been 9 weeks since my mother passed away.”

Are they speaking about others, or about themselves, or to you?
Is it gibberish or cohesive talk?
Does it refer to things that you’ve been thinking about, grappling over, or just encountered recently?

Do others appear to see them or not?

Are people stopping to watch the person, or do they just walk by like the person is invisible?

Most of my guides are not seen by the rest of the crowd. Occasionally, they will attract the attention of others, such as one beautiful black man, who was covered in scarves and adoring his reflection in the Starbucks window for an hour. He attracted 4 security guards and a lot of laughter from viewers. That was the day I couldn’t decide which scarf to wear, and finally in frustration, decided to wear none of them.

Now that you’ve recorded the major physical elements of your guide, use your inner wisdom to FEEL out the situation. This requires your focus inwards, to what your gut is telling you.

When the gut is included in the processing of the message, things get easier. It helps you count out possibilities, based on where you say you want to go. Does this feel good? Or bad? Noting these sensations is important because you’ll be using information from this encounter to create your reality.

What is the overall feeling of the scenario?

Is it playful? Mysterious? Silly? Does it leave you with questions? GOOD! Take note of whether you feel uplifted, puzzled, or excited. Your reaction to the scene from this perspective gives you a myriad of clues about your current world view.

If the message felt ominous, like when you read an Edgar Allen Poe story, then consider what parts of you expect bad things to happen. If, instead, you got a good laugh or scratched your head in wonder about its meaning, this can indicate that you are willing to consider that communication comes from many sources, and that life is meant to be a dance.

Remember that the message is delivered to you from a neutral perspective. It’s you that gives it meaning. The way you label things, prior to storing the data in your cells, is figuratively “time-stamped” based on your beliefs about the data at that moment.

In a world without time, your messages could refer to the past, the present or the future, in human terms.

Since everything is happening simultaneously, a message could refer to any timeline. This might be apparent only when the download is installed in your system, or in other words, when your consciousness has time to process it. The messenger could have brought further richness and humor to an experience you had earlier that day, like my “scarf” guide. It could let you know that the present path that you are on could use some course correction to create a different future, based on where you say you want to go.

Guides are everywhere for you. Once you allow the possibility of receiving messages such as these, you will be presented with all sorts of exciting opportunities, in the most unexpected places. Life is meant to be joyous, and creative, and exciting. There are other aspects of yourself who would love to see you feel the excitement of your creation, and not all of them live in physical bodies. Some just think themselves into physical form, just to serve you. To co-create with you. Remember that you are never alone out there in that big world.

Love to you.

Cintamani Stones
Featured, Life on Earth, Oneness, The Esoteric,

Anchoring to the Light Grid With Your Cintamani Stone

You’ve heard that the Cintamani stone anchors the Light grid on Earth.

But what does that mean?

Cintamani (Sanskrit for “wish-fulfilling jewel”), also called Saffordite in the gemological world, is found in Eastern Arizona, United States.  It is a weathered Obsidian glass.  Volcanic in nature (vs moldavite and other tektites, which are formed by meteors pounding the earth and forming glass), Saffordite contains crystalline magnetite, which, as you may deduce, makes it magnetic.  Thus, the stone is also an integral part of Earth’s magnetic grid.

It’s connected to Earth in ways you can’t see, but you sure can feel them.

I recommend checking Etsy for good stones.  Take the time to choose your stone wisely. If you need help, click here for more information on how to pick out a Cintamani stone.

So now that you have a Cintamani stone, how do you use it?

Hold your Cintamani in your closed palm. Sit down, relax a bit.  Take some deep breaths.

With your palm still closed, use your imagination to look right through your hand to the stone enclosed in your palm.  Recall the color, the texture, and the shape of your stone, and recreate it in your mind’s eye.

Note any judgments you may have about it, such as:

“It’s really quite an ugly stone,” or:

“I wonder if the quality of my stone is better than other people’s stones, or worse?”

These judgments are normal.  We’ve been programmed into the Good vs Evil scenario, or The Event. Recognize your behavior and let it go.

Send your stone thanks for being a part of the Earth. This stone has made a journey, to you, to right here, right now.  You don’t know which path it took, or how hard or easy it was.

Transmit your appreciation for that journey.

You will feel your stone start to warm up from the heat of your palm.  It will then reach the tipping point, where its heat surpasses that of your body temperature.  As the frequency raises, and the stone continues to heat up, you may start to wonder if it will leave a mark!

When your Cintamani gets uncomfortable to handle, it’s time to put it down.  I use a piece of palo santo wood to hold mine, but any natural conductor of the Earth will do.  Find a beautiful piece of glass, or pottery, or metal, and place your stone on its base.

You have now anchored yourself into your Cintamani stone, and you have activated it within Earth’s grid.

How does the Cintamani anchor the Light grid, exactly?

Cintamani is an amazing transmitter of electromagnetic energy. It maintains the strong connection with the Earth despite being great distances from it.

When you held the stone in your palm, you merged your electromagnetic energy with that of the Cintamani stone.  Since (like everything in existence) the Cintamani has a unique energetic signature of its own, it also exchanges energy with you. This results in new signatures for you both, as well as creating a third form that is the combination of the two of you. This third form is energetic in nature at this point, so don’t expect to see it just yet.

But you can sure feel it!

This is how flowers can make you cry.  And battlegrounds can make you angry. And sunsets can give you peace.

They are all exchanges of energy between you and something else. The Cintamani is your symbolic reminder of the full interconnectivity between all of Life, with itself.

When you connect to this “ugly little stone” with appreciation, you are exemplifying your commitment to see past the illusion.  To suspend judgment about the inner qualities of someone, or something, until you’ve had a chance to really feel them.

Let it sit on its base and continue to emit its energy, now enhanced by your own. Like a radio, it sends out signals that connect with others of like frequency spread all across (and inside) the Earth.

You could receive messages from songs or billboards, for example; or internal hunches; or subtle plan changes that put you in the right place at the right time.

Your Cintamani reminds you of your connection with your Higher Self and all that lies beyond it. Limitations fall away when you redesign your belief systems to encompass the subtle unseen benevolent forces that surround you. Your latent abilities are now being activated…and the Earth is supporting you.

Consider stating some assertions such as these:

  • “I have something to give, even if I’m not considered the most beautiful in the world.”
  • “I am connected to the Earth even if I can’t see it.”
  • There is a vast network of others out there, all just like me in our desire for love.”
  • I will allow myself to feel with all available senses, even those I can’t prove are there.”

This little stone might become your favorite tool for transformation.

Your Cintamani can remain on its base for as long as you like.  You can recharge it anytime you feel the urge to do so.  Please respect it as the powerful conductor that it is, and don’t handle it when you are feeling negative. No need to send out more of that into the world.

Congratulations on anchoring yourself into the Light grid!  There are hundreds of thousands of us doing the same.  We’re all communicating through this grid, even from what appears to be great distance in Earthly terms.

And the more that join us, the closer we get to each other in physicality as well. Like attracts like!

The Earth welcomes you back.

VIDEO: Are You Jumping Timelines? Here is How To Tell

Are you noticing subtle differences in your physical surroundings? From the changing appearance of neighbors to suddenly dirty parked cars, Kimberly details how you can find the differences in your physical reality that indicate you’ve made a jump in a timeline.

Others call this the Mandela Effect, and great debates occur when opposing sides believe that their interpretation is the only truth. The truth is that BOTH are true…it’s WE who are doing the changing, from one current truth to another via our own personal perspective.

We change timelines every time we make a decision, and we do it by default, whether or not we are aware of it. Yet learning how to consciously make decisions to be on the timeline we prefer is a fun step in your evolution.

foreign planet
Featured, Life on Earth, The Esoteric,

Where Was That Place In Your Dream?  Here’s The Answer.

So you wake up from a night of sleep with wild fantastic images in your head.  Foreign landscapes, red skies, twin moons shining on the horizon.

It was a vivid dream, one you experienced with all of your senses, and it left an impression on you that stayed all day. Perhaps you pondered the relevance of your dream with all your mind’s fury.  “I must know the truth about my dream!” Here starts your search for an explanation.

Where was that place?

  • Was it an imaginary Wonderland invented by a bored human exasperated by a cubicle job?
  • Was it a distant region of Earth with vastly different terrain?
  • Or was it a completely different planet in a remote galaxy?

The human in us wants one answer.  A clean interpretation.  An explanation fully researched, evaluated, and then filed away as “solved.”  Humans are taught very early on to categorize things as “real,” and “not real.”

But know this:

While you are living an Earthly incarnation, you start out playing by Earth guidelines.  You will inherently accept the root assumptions of the game board: linear time, physical distance, duality, and separation.

You are told that these root assumptions are “real.”  Have you ever questioned this?

Also know this: All root assumptions that we were told were “real,” are actually “not real.”

All of them are merely ideas—adopted en masse—to establish some basic rules for the game.  And since it seems like everyone else is doing it, it must be right….well then those ideas are eventually accepted as fact.

In fact, they are not fact.  They are merely one option, among many, that you could choose to believe.  Yes! I’m saying that linear time does not exist; nor does physical distance, nor duality, nor separation.

It’s a bold statement, and very easy to dismiss as fantasy, when there are people out there telling you what is “real” and what is “not real.”

Yet chances are that when you dream, you experience aberrations of these structures all the time.  You fly.  You fall off of cliffs and get up.  Your teeth drop out all over the floor, but when you look in the mirror they are still there. You experience examples of these aberrations every day, but you dismiss them as “not real” because you’ve been told that the dream state is one of fantasy.

Your dreams of foreign landscapes are as much a fantasy as is your weekly trip to Trader Joe’s.

Every occurrence, whether asleep or awake, is an idea your Larger Self is having. And from its perspective, one state is not more “real” than any other.

Let’s apply this to your dream and the burning question you may have had all day:

“Where was that place?”

Now Creator (you!), here is your opportunity to use your inherent power of creation.  Rather than searching external sources for evidence of the place you visited, look inside.

You, as a divine portion of Source, have the ability to think any idea.  What does this mean for your life?

You can assign any meaning you choose to your dream.

….inevitably, when I say this to people in person, they squirm.

“But there is an answer!  Either I’ve got an overactive imagination, or I’m traveling to other planets while I sleep, or I’m supposed to visit Iceland…there’s an answer!”

And I’m here to tell you that you are correct.  There is an answer.  But that answer can be anything you want it to be.  Because not only did the dream originate from You for the purpose of expansion, you are also the person interpreting it.  And no matter which interpretation you give your dream, your focus on it will initiate growth and expansion in you.

The squirming occurs because we have been programmed to doubt our own power.

To imagine that we can CHOOSE the meaning of something and make it “real”?  How preposterous!

Yet you are the one creating your reality.  You do have that much power.  You created the dream, and you can give it any relevance you like; from adventurous, to healing, to ominous.

Once you go inside for the answer, your internal compass will lead you to an explanation that feels right for you.  It will feel exciting, expansive, maybe even juicy.  When you learn to trust yourself, the lines between your dream state and your waking state will blur.  It won’t matter what others think is “real” and “not real,” because you realize that you are setting those standards for yourself.

So where did you go, and what did that dream mean?

That’s entirely up to you.

Want Guaranteed Evolution? Ask Yourself One Question

We beat ourselves up here on planet Earth.  Rarely giving ourselves a break, internal scorning runs rampant unless we make the conscious choice to change our thoughts.

Perhaps you’ve had a tough day.  Things showed up unexpectedly; fires to put out, things you thought you put to rest but here they are, back again.  It’s easy to feel like we’ve not evolved at all.  So we start looking for reasons.

  • “Why is this happening?”
  • “Who threw a monkey wrench in my machine?”
  • “Where did this curve ball come from, that messed up my plans?”

We could send blame outwards, towards others; or even more pervasively, inward at ourselves.  One common method of making sense of such occurrences is by using historical reasoning from past events, to explain the happenings in our now.

What if it’s not the same reason at all?

If you are assigning a historical reason for a situation (“it happened for this reason before, so it must be happening for the same reason now”), then the odds are, you could be wrong.

Your assignment based on past experience is only one option of an infinite number of other options.  Any explanation you have is merely an idea about something, and you can change that idea at any time.  And, human, chances are that you cannot think of every single reason for something. There are surely possibilities that never entered your mind.

Since we live in a free-will zone, you have the power to choose a possibility that you desire, and focus on that.  Or, you could choose no possibility at all; leaving it up to the Universe to provide you with the best experience for your growth.

You could choose the idea that if it’s showing up in your life, it’s there for your expansion. So here is the most important question you could ask yourself on your path to recognizing your divinity as the creator of your reality:

Do you trust yourself?

Sit there for a moment and swirl that round in your head like a good cleansing mouthwash. It likely will seep into all corners of your brain, dislodging beliefs and doubts about your power and how you’ve wielded it in the past.

This is a trigger question for most people at a certain milestone in their journey. It is meant to unlock deep-seated beliefs for exploration and redesign if they no longer serve the evolving Self.

You will come up with an answer.

If it’s yes, then you are well on your way to creating your reality in unison with the Others that share your plane, and in collaboration with your Higher Self who has a bird’s eye view of your path.

If the answer was no, then look a little bit deeper into where you are giving away your power.

Try this for one day:

Consider the possibility that some part of you knows what you’re doing.

Even if you’ve never considered yourself that powerful, could you suspend the doubt for one day and consider that you ARE?  Could you imagine that everything that is happening to you has a purpose, a reason, and is relevant to the path you are on, and you don’t have to know that reason?

One day.

I invite you to trust yourself for one day.

That means, when you suddenly feel so tired that you need a nap, that you go take a nap.  That when someone steps into your path and asks for help, that you give it.  That when you’re stuck in traffic, there is a purpose for it.  Can you allow yourself to be guided without asking why?

For one day, you need not have an explanation for everything.

It might take some reminders along the way.  After all, this is behavior that is not widely supported in Western culture; sitting back, accepting things as perfectly orchestrated situations that we have all of the ability to handle.  So if you slip, aim at suspending the self-judgment.

It’s very likely that that old time-worn question will pop up: “Why is this happening to me?”

Remind yourself that you don’t need to explain it, and see what happens.  If something repeatedly pops up, write it in a journal and drop it from focus until tomorrow.

When tomorrow comes:  Check in.

How did it go?  Was the day easier?  Did you get done what needed to get done? Were you happy, curious, surprised?

Chances are everything worked out just fine.  No Armageddon, no ground shaking cataclysm toppled your world. You probably did just fine.  And I bet that you had quite a peaceful day, no matter how much physical effort was required in the living of it.

This is the path to recognizing your divinity.  Your personal power.  Your ability to trust the inner part of you that can see way more than you can.   If you can do it for one day, you can do it for more than one day.  And soon enough, it will be most days; and this will become your new normal.

Do you trust yourself?

stone wall
Awakening Rants, Featured, Life on Earth,

Using Pioneering Thoughts to Change Your Beliefs

We falsely assume that many of our beliefs are fact.

Each thought, pondered consistently, builds momentum until it solidifies into a virtual stone, that forms a virtual wall, called a belief. This wall acts as a filter for every subsequent thought we have; if a wall is particularly well-built, it can completely dam things up.  When no flow can get through, we call it a fact.  There’s little chance of getting around that wall.

Now realizing that we create our world based on facts, what if some walls were built with stones that aren’t actually real at all?

Let’s look at a belief held by a large proportion of Western society:

“There is not enough time in the day to get everything done.”

Now, find empirical evidence of this. Show me a textbook with supporting information as to its truth.  Direct me to a peer-reviewed study demonstrating indisputable substantiation of this theory in any respected academic journal.

It’s not a fact.

Yet many of us have thought this thought so often, that the belief has become a fact in our individual expressions of life.

Anyone that holds this belief will filter every thought through this wall.  Usually, it’s unconscious, but sometimes we are fully aware that we experience it.  If you complain about lack of time, or look at your watch with worry, then you are conscious of this belief on some level.

And then what happens?  That’s right!  Another day in which there was not enough time to get everything done.

If this is you, this is a great thing.  You have just uncovered a belief that you may falsely believe is a fact.  Now that it’s in the forefront of your mind, you can redesign it if you choose:

Are there are any alternate ways to think about “getting things done,” and of “time?”

Here are a few:

  • Oh, last Thursday, I got everything done.  That was a great day. So there have been days in which everything got done.
  • I’m still alive, so I must be getting the right things done so far.
  • Why do I have so much stuff on my list?
  • Do I really care that most of this stuff gets done at all?
  • What is time, anyway?

This progression of thoughts started with a concrete example of one time that you DID get everything done; this recognition serves to pull out one large foundational stone from the bottom of your wall.  You have just proven to yourself, by way of your own previous action, that the belief can be considered faulty in at least one instance. One instance is all you may need.

As we continue to ponder the concept, thoughts will drill down from concrete examples, to the reasoning behind the belief.  By asking increasingly pioneering questions, we pull more stones from the bottom of the wall.  And when enough stones are removed from the base of any wall, the whole wall will tumble.

Your pioneering thoughts will become more abstract, allowing more interpretations of what you thought were facts.  In our example above, we ended with questioning the meaning of “time.” Exploring what “time” means for you is like examining the composition of the stones that comprise your wall.

Yeah, it gets fuzzy. Logic and reasoning are not always the best tools to destroy such walls.  You might use them here and there, but most of the demolition is completed with the questions that make you search inside for answers.

These pioneering thoughts are how you, and the Universe, expand.

You have tools inside of you that are waiting to be used.  They are different tools than the ones you were given in school, or in church, or by your well-meaning parents.  These tools wait, ready to bring down the walls that have been blocking your path.

No need to use dynamite!  No need to make a lot of dust!

Those toppled stones that previously formed your wall can be used in other ways. These are aspects of yourself, contemplated; and you have made a decision about whether you prefer them or not.

You could use them to pave your path instead. Rather than walking INTO them, you might walk ON them.  Those you don’t prefer, you lay aside.  Perhaps you can make an orderly border with them; a neat reminder of your redesigned inner landscape.

Love to you.

get yourself to the most powerful point of creation

VIDEO: The Most Powerful Point of Creation: NOW

Do you feel like your intentions aren’t manifesting? Try this technique to get yourself into your most aligned point of creation.  The NOW.

This video is slightly more advanced in its concepts. Give it a try!

In this more esoteric video, Kimberly shows you how to get to your most powerful point of creation.

By learning to focus on three parts of your essence simultaneously, you bring yourself to the most powerful point of the creational process. It is from this point that your intentions are initiated with full alignment to Source.

If you are not receiving what you’re sending out, then this might be a good thing to practice.

The three points of focus:
1. The physical part of you. (What your fingers feel and your ears hear)
2. The energetic part of you. (The part of you that is controlling what your fingers feel and what your ears hear)
3. NOW (the present moment).

By combining these three areas of focus together, you will place yourself onto the path of least resistance in manifesting your desires.

And don’t forget, always be yourself, all the time.

Love.

Want to practice your manifestation skills?  Use this video to get yourself to the power point of your creation, and then create an entry in your Allowing Project journal.

When the Universe Gives You Gray Hair

Do you have gray hair you’ve been fighting to hide for years?  If so, then you could feel trapped by belief systems about aging, self-worth and

One of the greatest journeys a human takes is deciding when to stop coloring his or her hair. It’s a societal norm to cover those grays for as long as possible, since our culture lauds youth as an accomplishment.

Kimberly, who went gray in her 20’s, shares the humorous journey as she allowed her hair to grow out in its natural gray pattern for years, only to cave in to Western culture’s pressures and color her hair all over again.

With resolve this time, Kimberly is rebooting her journey, which takes years, in hopes that documenting it will assist others to make the right choice about presenting their authentic selves to the world.

As always, it starts from the inside!
